Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at adaab@sihalijageer.in. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: A18, Gate 4, 2nd floor, Next to Volkswagon showroom, Sector 6, NOIDA 201301, U.P. INDIA

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damage/Defective/Wrong Supply of products

Customer is advised to check the ordered products and quantity in the invoice, before accepting the package from the logistics service provider/courier.

In case of any discrepancy found, or damage to packet is noticed, please leave a suitable remark on receipt to logistics service provider/courier for accepting the delivery of the products.

In case the product is with a manufacturing defect or a wrong product has been received, kindly contact/email at adaab@sihalijageer.in within 48 Hours of receiving the products. Your email should contain

  1. Order number
  2. Delivery address
  3. Specify the reason for return and in case of a defective or incorrect product, please send us an image of the item

 Your purchase is eligible for return or exchange only if it meets the following conditions:

  • An incorrect product has been delivered to you i.e. the product does not match the item in the order confirmation email.
  • If the product you receive has a genuine quality/manufacturing defect.

 Our Quality Check team will verify the manufacturing defects, after that our customer service team will email or contact you for the necessary action.

The product must be received within 30 days from the date of advice by Customer Service Department. Please ensure that the product you return is unused, unworn and the original tags are intact.

Incorrect / Incomplete Shipping address

We are unable to offer refunds if we’ve been given an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, or if there are three failed delivery attempts by our shipping agency and/or the package is refused by the recipient.

Colors

We have made every effort to display the colours of our products that appear on our website as accurately as possible. However, as computer monitors, tablets and mobile devices vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of a colour will be completely accurate.

List of non-returnable or non-exchangeable products

  • Accessories, including jewelry, clutches, wallets, bags, scarves, belts, footwear etc.

  • Custom made and made to order products.

  • Orders placed using store credit

  • Altered products as per the specifications/measurements provided by you

  • Products that are purchased in any sale / promotion organized by Sihali Jageer

  • Products which were identified/marked as non-returnable or non-exchangeable at the time of purchase.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Gift Card

  • Once issued, your Gift Card is valid for a lifetime.
  • In order to redeem your Gift Card, you need to register with sihalijageer.in
  • Gift Cards can be redeemed on all products from sihalijageer.in only
  • However, they cannot be returned or refunded, and are non-transferable. Gift Cards cannot be redeemed for cash in part or in whole, or converted into credit notes.
  • They cannot be used to purchase a Gift Card.
  • If the order amount exceeds the value of your Gift Card, the remaining balance must be settled at checkout. COD will not be acceptable.
  • If you wish to return products you have purchased using a Gift Card, Sihali Jageer’s Exchange & Return Policy will apply.
  • Sihalijageer.in is not responsible if your Gift Card is lost, stolen, or used without your permission. We shall not be held responsible for any unauthorised and/or fraudulent purchases made using the Gift Card.
  • We presume that the guest presenting the Gift Card code is the intended beneficiary of the voucher. Hence, we shall not verify whether the person redeeming it is the actual/intended beneficiary of the gift card.
  • in reserves the right to cancel or reject a Gift Card without prior intimation if we reasonably suspect that the gift code has been utilised or is invalid, or if the guest is not the intended recipient.
  • Sihali Jageer Gift Card is an e-card and no delivery charges apply. However, Sihali Jageer.com’s standard delivery T&C apply for purchases made with it.
  • If a guest purchases Sihali Jageer Gift Card(s) alongside other products, standard delivery charges will apply.
  • This gift card will be governed by the laws of India and disputes, if any, shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Delhi only.
