For orders within India, we offer free shipping. However, for orders below Rs. 500, we levy a shipping fee of Rs. 100.
For international Shipping, we currently charge Rs. 4000-Rs. 5000 for shipping, based on an average location and weight of our outfits. For any change, we may call the person directly to discuss additional charges.
For International Shipping charges are calculated at the time of check out. The buyer is liable to pay custom duty (if any) directly to the courier partner, custom duty is country specific and we have very little control on it.
We reserve the right to ship in bulk to one of our international partners, who will then contact you for delivering your Sihali Jageer jodas
For deliveries within India all taxes and duties are included in the price of the product listed on the Website.
For deliveries outside India, customs duties and local taxes have to be paid by customers to our shipping partner at the time of shipment delivery. The amount of duties and taxes depend on the policies of your destination country.
Delivery Time is usually 3-4 weeks, unless otherwise specified directly. Delivery time for international orders extra, depending on regular courier timelines.
Delivery Time for your order starts from the date of Order Confirmation.
Due to unforeseen circumstances, it’s possible that a designer may not be able to produce your order piece. In such cases, you will be offered an alternate option / store credit / full refund.
We use the most reliable courier services for deliveries including FedEx, UPS and Delhivery.
Tracking orders are sent on request only
At times orders can get delayed for reasons outside of our control. If your order is delayed beyond 2 weeks of the estimated Delivery Time for some unforeseen reasons, we will get in touch with you to check if you would still like to continue with your order.
Return/Exchange can only be availed once per order.
In case of International order, all shipments will be clubbed and sent together.
